Guided Meditation Practice

Have you ever wanted to learn how to meditate, or find a way to relax, bring peace and comfort into your daily life? Or perhaps just quiet your mind just for a few seconds? It’s not as hard as you think. With the guidance from Lisa, she shares a variety of exercises that help you learn to relax your mind, body, soul, helping you feel calmer and have less anxiety. A guided meditation can help free your scattered thoughts and worries by gently bringing you back into the present moment.


During your session you will:

  • learn the simple art of breathing.

  • receive guidance and instruction on how to prepare for a mediation.

  • be guided through different types of meditation.

  • learn different techniques to help assist in the meditation process.

  • discover how with the simple art of meditation you can achieve happiness, comfort, serenity and balance.

  • feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
