Join me in creative workshops designed to blend art, mindfulness, and self-expression. These experiences are open to all levels and invite you to reconnect with your creativity in a supportive space.
COPY needs do be reworked for workshops. Each workshop begins with an energy clearing and meditation to help everyone feel grounded and present. Maybe weave in an IET empowerment or learn how to heartlink. Each workshop is unique combining our connection to ourselves, creative soul and being present. Lisa will be offering these workshops at different venues or have her come to you. Maybe a house party, wedding shower, friends and family get together.
