As a bonus, Lisa begins every session with a guided energy clearing, as well as a guided meditation. She will also send you a brief follow-up email to check in with you and provide additional information that is usually mentioned during your reading (i.e. books, links, or places to visit).
What is the Akashic Records
The Akashic Records is an energetic archive or a cosmic database of everything that has ever happened, is happening, or will happen. It's like having access to the collective wisdom of the universe. Think of it as the universe's library, where every thought, emotion, and event is recorded. Accessing the Akashic Records can provide insights into past lives, present situations, and future possibilities.
The term "Akashic" is derived from the Sanskrit word "Akasha," which means ether or sky. According to believers, the Akashic Records exist on a non-physical plane and are accessible through deep meditation, astral projection, or by individuals with heightened intuitive abilities.
